We asked him to do the survey as we don’t know anything about yachts and what to look for.

After reading his report saying it’s ok and recommending a few minor things to be done before using the boat, we purchased sanda due to his report. then found

1.  exhaust manifold broken BADLY Dangerous

2. Both masts with dry rot unsafe ready to break  

3. He said we had cable steering its hydraulic steering and broken found that out when trying move her and almost crashed in to the yachts in the marina.   

Contact him, only replies when he has to and say’s not much.

 MR Elliott Berry has insurance? Say’s so, but been asking for it since 2007.
